Groups we commonly train

Education & Youth

Training for Educators and staff across primary, secondary and tertiary education settings, plus courses appropriate for senior students. Training is often extended to parents and carers to create a network of safety around young people.

We train small, medium, and large workplaces in all industry sectors, including construction, healthcare, technology, business, agriculture, hospitality, education, entertainment and manufacturing.

Training led by LGBTQIA+ LivingWorks Trainers with workshops open to community or delivered privately for organisations and their staff or members. Workshops are safe, inclusive and accessible for people who identify as LGBTQIA+.

Culturally safe and accessible training co-designed by and for Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander peoples, with workshops led by Indigenous Trainers ensuring pre-training community consultation is prioritised.

First Responders

Training for first responder departments including paramedics, police and firefighters to support one another as colleagues to recognise if their peers may be having thoughts of suicide - and to support their work with the community.

Military & Veterans

LivingWorks training with the Military dates back to the 1990s with the US Department of Defense and in more recent years has been rolled out with the Australian Defence Force and the Australian Department of Veteran Affairs.

Faith Leaders

Training for Christian clergy and lay leaders for ministry in many contexts, including parishes, hospitals, the military, schools and the wider community.
